1. Begin the Process

To begin, each family needs to select one of its members to be their BA. Most BAs will need to send us an email with their basic personal data: their first and last name, street address, land line phone number, mobile phone number, and the email address they will use to log into our web site, and their password.  It would be helpful if in the email the BA informed us if they had moved into the community after December 2012. Our email address is president.mhca@gmail.com.

After we receive your email we will compare its data to what we already have on file (from 2012) and make any necessary edits.  We will also enter your email address and password. When we are done we will send you an email that tells you that you can proceed.  If you don't hear from us within two weeks please let us know.

In some cases the BA could bypass these instructions because they know their family entry is correct.  IN THIS CASE IT IS IMPORTANT THAT WE BE INFORMED THAT THEIR FAMILY'S ENTRY IS CORRECT AS IS.  If you fail to do this, your family entry will be deleted at a later date
